I wanted to enjoy a nice lunch of angus beef burger, not a "charcoal patty" burger. My lunch was ruined when I unwrapped the wrapper and saw the burnt-to-a-crisp-lump-of-charcoal that was my burger. Harvey's - COME ON! You guys should know better than to give your customers completely burnt out beef patties. If you burnt it, that's ok, but toss the burnt one in the trash and make a new patty properly cooked and not burnt so your customers can enjoy the meals they paid for... This is UNACCEPTABLE giving burnt patties to your customers. I had to go find something else to eat because I sure as HECK was NOT going to eat that charcoal patty. VERY disappointed. Gave them another chance today. They did it again, crispy chicken burger was sitting in the grill warming bacon up because it was cooked earlier, and stored who knows where. I complained months ago and they don't seem to care. It is tough, not juicy and dry. We ordered the onion rings and they were sitting under the heat lamp, bit into them and they were between warm and cold. Ore cooked and left there. I told them and the employee offered to microwave them. O asked for fresh and they obliged, however the manager told the employeento.pit them back under the lamp. I reminded them we touched them so they threw them away.

This is regarding an ubereats order from here. The arthur sauve Harveys always messes orders so we decided to try this one. And yet again, a large poutine was left out of the order. Before they closed i tried calling to make sure the order was double checked but they did not answer the phone. (Not to mention the order took so long to get here it was barely warm, however this would be more on the drivers fault) UPDATE: If you are asked to fill in a form on reviews.harveysfeedback don't bother.
