Edit: Review on Feb6, 2023. We have been loyal customers to Sushi Queen since the beginning and let me tell you why: their service is really good, you order and it doesn't take long to get it. The taste of the rice is one of the best we had and we have tried sushi everywhere we go. The fish is fresh, the salmon is amazing. The sushi pieces did not reduce over the time. And it's worth your money. We have tried many sushi places in Montreal, Laval, North Shore... but we always come back to Sushi Queen because the taste and freshness is amazing, incomparable. So yes, we're loyal customers!
Review from 2020: so 6mo ago I had posted a review but now I decided to edit it. For the past 3 months we've seen a considerably decrease in the quality of the sushi. We order the same things, always, and it's easy to notice that the piece's size are also considerably smaller. The pieces are falling apart and the last time we ordered a Dragon Eye, we got sick. Read moreOrdered a couple weeks ago. Was told 45 minutes, arrived, told 15 more minutes, fine, 15 more minutes received order. Sushi was mediocre at best, mushy rice and warm fish. We figured maybe busy night, so tonight we order again for a 2nd try. Told pick up in 45 minutes. Fine. I expect 60 minutes so arrive in 60 minutes. Told again another 15 minutes. Fine. While I'm paying for the food, I mentioned last time I was told 45 minutes but it was an hour so I waited an hour. The guy at the counter says, "If you don't like it, eat at the McDonald's down the street." I was so bewildered I got back to my vehicle, realized it was best to cancel my order and receive a refund. I went back inside, cancelled my order, but the guy wouldn't refund, so I told him I would initiate a chargeback on my credit card. He told me to do that. I called him a jerk and left. I phoned my bank, they will do a chargeback in 15 days. Terrible food and worse attitude. I do not recommend, and we won't be back. Additionally, the guy was wearing his mask under his nose....
