Paco’s Clubhouse, nestled within a scenic golf course, offers a great combination of delicious food, drinks, and stunning views. You can watch golfers in action while enjoying panoramic sights of beautiful mountains. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, with a great vibe throughout. The food truly stands out — the fried chicken sandwich is among the best I’ve ever had, perfectly crispy and flavorful. Both the burrito and burrito bowl were also excellent. One of the highlights was the fries — fresh, crispy, and some of the best I’ve tasted. The drink selection is impressive, with a solid variety of beers, whiskies, and cocktails. Their Mexican lager was especially good — smooth, fresh, and refreshing. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience.

For dessert, the chocolate gooey cookie was rich and satisfying. However, the tres leches cake was a letdown; it strayed too far from the traditional recipe, resembling a tiramisu made with ladyfingers rather than the authentic soaked sponge cake. I was having a good time until the folks at the table next to me began conversing about their desires for a Palestinian Sniper to take out President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance and Marco Rubio... Sergio catered our wedding on Saltspring this weekend and it truly was beyond a DREAM. The food was incredible (and plentiful), and his staff were so friendly and effective.
