Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Sarnia

Absolutely despicable customer service. Complete ripoff. We ordered 5 pizzas and were tracking the order on the app. Usually we get notified after about 20 minutes the order was ready for pickup. Over 30 minutes went by, and at that point, the order should be free. That's their guarantee. I went into the store, and waited for one of the workers to notice I was there. There were three of them but they were too busy talking to look over and see I was waiting. Finally one came over and asked if I was picking up. When I said yes he brought them over.

Worker: "So these were paid for already, yes?" Me: "Yes, but it was over 30 minutes so they should be free" Worker: "No, no, not free. The pizzas were ready 35 minutes ago and no one was here to pick up."

I ordered at 6:55pm, and this conversation was happening at 7:30pm

Me: "How were they ready 35 minutes ago, I only ordered at 6:55?" Worker: "Yes the 5 pizzas were made in..... 6 minutes and no one was here for pickup" Me: "But if they were ready that quick, why didn't you update the app?" Him: "Clearly the application is faulty, you'll have to call help desk" Me: "No it's not faulty, I kept refreshing the app to see if anything would change but it always said order is being prepared." Him: "That is a problem with the application, call help desk. The pizza was ready in 6 minutes so it's not free."

At this point, he stops talking to me. He then throws away the receipt on me so I can't see it. He goes into the fridge, throws the dips on the top of the pizza boxes and runs into the back. I had to call him back because he forgot the drinks I had ordered as well. He huffed back up, grabbed the drinks, threw them on the counter, then ran into the back and hid behind a corner.

The pizza was bland as well. Dryer than normal, and barely any sauce. If you want pizza in Sarnia, go somewhere else. Pizza Pizza is a ripoff, and have no customer service skills at all.

The sarnia location does not care about its customer base. My delivery guy was to lazy to get out of the car and and deliver the pizza. Instead he tried to get me to come to him, defeats the purpose of the delivery. I called pizza pizza to talk to what I assume was the manger who informed me that their diver just didnt feel like getting out of his car and returned my order to the store (what a disgrace) and then told me to come get it...so I ordered something for delivery and there's a delivery charge on my bill, but i still have to come and get it? And he wasnt even going to make me a fresh order even though it was close to an hour since I ordered. To anyone reading this please dont waste your money here. We live in a world where service is the key to a good business and pizza pizza is clearly just trying to get pais for as little effort as possible. Dominos has basically the same quality pizza but, they arent afraid to knock on peoples doors. I really wish I knew the guy delivering for pizza pizza I have some questions for him. At the end of the day I'm never returning to any pizza pizza and I'm going to continue to slander their name to those around...

I placed an order for 1 double curly fries 1 popcorn chicken 1 sweet chili Thai sauce 2 root beer and 2 Hawaiian Strombolis spending $51.66 with delivery just to bite into the Stromboli and it be raw in the middle I called them let them know they then sent 2 replacement strombolis which were also raw I checked them right in front of the delivery driver the Stromboli’s are over $8 each not including tax I called and let them know that those were also raw and could make someone very sick if they ate it and that it made me sick and I’ve been sick all day from it the person on the phone then laughed and said the best I can do is give you an $8dollar credit on your next order can I get your name and number I then reminded them that it’s was over $8 for one Stromboli and that they could make someone sick which I have been sick all day as I ordered last night this is disgusting customer service and to laugh when a customer tells you the order was raw and made them sick for you to laugh this place should be shut down and that person fired absolutely never order from this disrespectful disgrace of a restaurant again...
