I’m really disappointed with the service at this Tim Hortons location. I come here quite often, and every single time I order an iced coffee at the front counter, I get extra ice even though I never ask for it. There’s a girl who usually takes my order — a girl name tee may be, she always wears dark lipstick (red or pink) — and no matter how many times I politely ask for less ice, she completely ignores it.
I clearly asked for less ice, but she still filled the cup almost to the top with ice and didn’t even stir the drink properly — just gave it a quick shake like she couldn’t be bothered. I work in the food industry myself, and where I work, customers are our first priority. Here, it feels like customers don’t matter at all. On top of that, her attitude is terrible — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional every time I come in. I honestly don’t understand what the problem is, but I’m tired of getting poor service from someone who clearly doesn’t care about doing her job right. Please take this seriously, because I’m not the only one who’s noticed this kind of behavior. It’s frustrating and disappointing, and it makes me think twice about ever coming back to this...
Read moreBad coffee, bad Customer service, really poor experiences...unfortunately nothing great to say.
Only one example: They were out of decaf coffee, asked me to pull into a parking space and they would bring it out to me (I offered to pull around in the drive-thru in 5 minutes, knowing it takes just under 4 minutes to make and brew) and they actually forgot me. After 14 minutes, Ifinally went inside and the staff who took my order were on break and I had to further argue that my drink was already paid for...no apology in the situation, I apparently was the problem even though I was only somewhat annoyed knowing they forgot but quite pleasant still; only to receive attitude from them when I justifiably could have been much more irked. Total time to get a cup of coffee, 26 minutes which is ridiculous!! (Coming from an extremely...

Picture this: I'm at Tim Hortons, enjoying a sour cream glazed donut when suddenly, I start choking. Panic sets in, but then, out of nowhere, a tall, dorky-looking dude with dark hair and glasses jumps into action. He unleashes a CPR dance routine like you've never seen before. Twirls, spins, and pelvic thrusts transformed into life-saving chest compressions. The entire place erupted into applause as the donut finally dislodged. Tim Hortons, you unknowingly became the stage for an epic life-saving performance. Thank you, dancing hero, for reminding us that unexpected heroes can come in the most entertaining forms. Thank you for saving my life with the...
