This is the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to in my entire life. I love Tim Hortons, I've been to so many chains, and this one has the worst staff and the worst service. They are always out of something. I kid you not, every time I order, they're out of the thing that I ordered. It's not just me who thinks this; ask anyone who goes there regularly and they will tell you how bad it is. They give strange excuses for not having drinks. One time they wouldn't make me an ice cap because "it was too hot outside". (Not sure how that affects your ability to make an ice cap, but thanks for the weather report, genius.) One time I ordered a drink, got to the window, and they handed me a steeped tea after I paid. I asked for my quencher and they said "you didn't order anything". So I said "what did I just pay for then?" And they said "you just paid for an extra order." Their tone was so rude, so I literally just stared at them until they refunded me. Another time, I ordered food and the lady said "kitchen's closed". Why was the kitchen closed in the middle of lunch? And she didn't even explain to me what that meant, so I didn't know if I could order anything off the menu. I had to ask if donuts and drinks were still available, which they were. Theyve told me "kitchens closed" 4 times now. Terrible Tims, I only go there because it's the closest restaurant to my job and I usually love Tims when it's not...
Read moreNo cleanliness. Washrooms were horrible. Nothing available. No steak, no timbits, display was almost empty around 4pm on Saturday. Just saw that we had given a review for this a year ago for the same thing and nothing has changed in this location till then. Roast beef I got was still cold. I used to work for Tim's so I know that was not how it should be. Worst location of Tims. Tables were not clean so I had to ask the staff to get that cleaned but when I did so, the guy gave me a blank expression as if I have asked something inappropriate and then was looking in sanitizer buckets for cloth which was empty, which is to be changed every 2 hrs. Since when Tim Hortons doesn't follow all these cleanliness standards. I mean I get it, that the table can be messed up and you cannot keep a track of everything but man, if a customer is requesting to clean then that is part of your customer service. Read moreThis is the saddest, slowest, and dirtiest Tim's I have ever been in. We had very slow service even though it was not busy. One staff member was too busy on their cell phone to take our order. There was a drink spilled on the floor all over the place when we walked in. When we left, the staff still made no effort to mop the floor. When we commented to the staff, they ignored us. I saw a potential lawsuit if someone fell. I read some of the other customer comments, and this seems to be the normal for this store. So to the Manager.......don't respond to this comment by telling us to contact Guest Services to make it right as you have done in all the other comments. Instead why don't you fix these systemic problems in your store. I'm sure Corporate Tim's would not be too happy seeing all the poor customer feedback comments and nothing is ever done to fix...
