Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saskatchewan

I drove for 6 hours and wanted to get something to eat and use a washroom. I was first told to knock on the door, and no one was in the washroom. Then I was told they didn't have a key. Then I was told the key was broken of in the lock. Witch it wasn't. Then I was told that it was not cleaned up. Another censor came in using a Cane and wasn't even acknowledged by the staff. I explained to him that the staff was very rude and not going to let us use the toilet. The sidewalk was a sheet of ice. I was not impressed with the service inside. They served the drive-through people and ignored the inside customer's .I have never been treated like this before. Even in third world countries. Ate here once so far. My partner went in to grab the items as they do not have a drive through. They’re connected to the Petro Canada. I had the bacon egg biscuit. It was well made, tasty and i enjoyed it honestly. It was the last biscuit so my partner got an English muffin for his options and he really enjoyed it too. I didn’t have a bad experience here like everyone else seems to have had. It’s priced accordingly. Small parking lot that’s used for both. It’s rather inconvenient there’s no drive through but it is what it is. I would return if I really wanted tims. Just usually notice it’s super busy...

Custommer service is worst. For no reason if they don't like how the person look or skin color flilipinas will start throwing disrespect in Tagalog thinking the Custommer wont understand.
