Phoned in an order & it took the person several tried to get it correct but I thought if they were new I would give them a chance. They assured me it was no longer than 30 mins. So we went for pick up. Walked in & there was a half dozen orders sitting on a counter, the ppl had no idea what we ordered (even after we gave a name) & after 59 mins of placing our order we left. I should also add that when the man asked for our name on the order, he looked at all the boxes there, asked again & repeated to which he literally shrugged & said I did not know where it is & "it must not be ready". He then turned & walked away!! He did not come back & they never did even call us or anything!
After no one would even come to the counter so we could not tell them to just cancel. Absolutely a mess, no communication, & when I looked at what my order was going to be, it was in hindsight, cheaper online than what they told me it would be. Not organized in any way which is disappointing to say the least. I will proudly support local places...
Read moreOrdered for the first time from this location two nights ago. At first the guy taking the order was unsure if they could deliver to my address. They confirmed that they could as I was downtown, pizza arrived within 20 minutes and was great.
Tried to order again today, but I was told that they would not deliver to my location even though I'm 2km closer to them than the other location in the city, the reason being that the driver "didn't want to drive more than 10 mins".
When I asked to talk to the manager who made this decision, I was hung up on. A few moments later they called me back saying they would do the order, they just had to "convince" the driver first..
Absolute joke. Order from somewhere else unless you want to argue with someone every time you try to place an order. We live in a tiny city it takes no more than 20 minutes to drive...

This time, I placed my order for wings thru doordash(as usual), then immediately called the store & asked for Just flats, no drums.(as usual) Well.... first the lady employee didn't understand the difference between drums/flats. Said the only flats they had were the boneless. After trying to get her to understand a few times, I had to ask her to go look at the wings before she finally understood. She then admitted she was new. Ok no problem. She agreed to make the order all flats.(which I've never had an issue getting before). Delivery arrives, open the wings, and ... 4 flats and 4 drums.
