I was charged $1 for cream added to my drip coffee. This is the first time it has ever happened. I have been to many airport Starbucks, overseas and in North America. I like getting a coffee on a layover to bring onto the plane. I also go to Starbucks all over Western Canada and USA on road trips and on occasion when running around my home town as well. When I asked her if they were charging for milk now she had a moment where she looked really angry I asked. There was a security/customs guy at the side chatting her up. It felt like there would be a problem if I asked her again as he looked like he was trying to impress her and maybe vice versa. I recently visited Starbucks and had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They greeted me with a smile and took my order promptly. I appreciated how they took the time to explain the different options available to me, especially since I was trying a new drink.

Read moreI went to the Starbucks Saskatoon airport . I had the worst experience. The barista wasn’t able to explain the drink even in a very basic English. They were not able to communicate . What will a customer do in this kind of situations when they cannot even communicate with any customer because I tried to communicate not with one but many employer.
