Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I went through drive through at 1030pm. Ordered a 6 pack of donuts. And 2 coffees to enjoy a date with my lady in the rain ;-) I ordered 4 old fashion plain and allowed the lady to insert 2 donuts of her choice. After she read off what donuts were left in Stock. When we got home we had 4 honey glazed donuts and a chocolate dip and fritter. I didn't order honey glaze.. so I simply phoned the location simply to ask for amother 6 pack of donuts next visit. I asked to speak to management only to be told there were non in place. So I asked to speak for seniority she came on the phone and was immediately defensive.. hey my money should I pay for what I ask for? She even one the phone told me she took my order. I asked if it was suitable to call back tomorrow to speak to a proper manager only to be hung up on.. well me being human I call back a bit fumed. Now to be told seniority is not there. And hung up on again. Honestly we all know that nothing will be done about this review to fix it. And honestly I'll probably still grab my Timmons coffee... but damn...... is this how people are these days.. all I wanted was my old fashion plain donuts.. just to let you all know.. we ate some of the wrong donuts. But enjoyed the rain. :-) see you...

well it's been 5 years since I left my one star review because the staff at this location was unable to take an order and deliver it.

In a moment of weakness today I went and ordered a breakfast for my coworker and I. Simple order. 4 Cheese bagel breakfast bacon sandwich combo with hash brown and a large double double. Tried to also order a english biscuit breakfast combo with hash brown and large double double only to be told the were out of english biscuits. Fine. I ask if they would double up my order, as in 2 4 Cheese bagel breakfast combos with hash browns and 2 large double doubles. the person rang me up for this and I paid $18.00ish dollars for this. was handed my bag and drove to work only to find that I received 2 poppy seed bagel sandwiches, one with cream cheese and one with an egg. one hash brown and 2 coffees.

So, not only was I ripped off for several dollars, I was given the wrong items. Terrible.........I should have never, ever gone back to this place. Worst ever. Everyone should avoid this place. McDonalds is better than this.

Zero stars. bulldoze this place and put up a real business that actually gives people what they order and what they pay for.

I usually never give 1 star reviews, before I typed this I have made every possible way to give this location another chance, but seems like this is too repetitive of mistakes do even consider this location anymore for my future visits. I visited them this morning and ordered a turkey Sandwich ( Keep in mind that is not a turkey bacon club!) specifically requesting that please no bacon on it. Unfortunately, when I received my order, I found there was bacon on it. This has happened about 13 times now at this location to me which I use to commute to work. I have requested the owner to call me before as I never wanted to give 1 star review, but seems like the management in place are not trained properly on how to listen to the customer. I'm extremely disappointed by this experience. All I was looking forward was to enjoy my bacon free turkey sandwich. I hope in future Tim Hortons ( this location) does a better job of paying attention to customer requests. Until then, I will be hesitant to return to this location and not waste my time double-checking my order as its useless and if there willing to do it 13 times to me it speaks volume on the lack of...
