Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Seguin Township

This location is in the rest stop on highway 400 North at Parry Sound. As it's an inside location, it's slightly crowded, especially during busy periods when a lot of travelers are on the road.

There's nothing much mentionable about it as it's on par with any other Tim Hortons location. All the charm of the stop is owed to the company responsible for building the rest stop location.

That said; the rest stop has vending machines, washrooms, other food options as well as a gas station and convenience store. And if you're absolutely incapable of waiting until your destination to cast your line, there is a spot right across the road where you can scratch that itch.

Being as this is the last highway stop that can be made between Parry Sound and Sudbury, I highly recommend stopping here.

Ask for a bagel with cheese and bacon, politely asked for my bacon to be crispy. I was informed their bacon is always crispy not to worry. Bagel came with no bacon. This after they gave half my order to another woman and we had to switch them. Went back to the orginal order taker, he asked the ladies why they didnt make it right. An argument occurred where they blamed another girl for not keying it in right. The orginal order taker flat out said I put the order in, its right there on the screen, im tired of you guys doing incomplete orders. Finally get my bacon which was raw. I again asked for it to be put in the microwave as I cant eat raw bacon. Was told they dont do that there, though everyother tim hortons does. What a waste of time, asked for my money back, wont...

I want to say that I wasn't happy with the service. First, there were more people to be served than the people attending. Second and painfully was that they didn't pack my donuts which I paid for because they had so much at hand and couldn't focus on the right order. I even had to tell them that I requested hot chocolate and was given coffee 😞😞. I was pained 'cos I didn't notice it till about 45mins after we had left when I wanted to snack on the donut and found out it was not packed. I paid, couldn't turn back with my receipt as I was heading to Sudbury. They were short staffed as at the time I visited 09/09/2024 at about past 1pm.
