Let me tell you how my birthday dinner went… I ordered delivery, the pizza and lasagna special with an extra order of garlic bread with cheese, and 4 cokes at 3:47pm on Sunday. I was told delivery would start at 5:30, and I was 11 minutes away. I agreed. At 5:48pm I received a phone call from the restaurant informing me that the delivery service had left my pizza behind, and was turning around to get it. I asked if it would still be warm and was assured there would be no issues. At shortly after 6, my order was delivered, and dumped on my doorstep, as I was paying the $110 bill. The pizza was so old, the crust wouldn’t support air, let alone the toppings. Apparently crust becomes weak when soggy and cold, who knew? My lasagna was cold, and came with half a ciabatta bun as an order of garlic bread. The garlic bread with cheese, had 3 halves. My Caesar salad and drinks were COVERED in Caesar dressing, as were my stairs, clothes and anything that touched this disaster. I spent twenty minutes trying to clean Caesar dressing off of everything so that my family and I could relish the experience of having dropped pop explode in my daughters face when she tried to open it, a Caesar salad with no dressing, a cold lasagna with oddball counts for two orders of garlic bread, and a pizza that would have made a better soup. In Taso’s staff great urgency to remedy the situation, they sent me a new Caesar dressing container at 6:48pm. Not bad for an order that was placed two hours in advance. Happy Birthday to me! Thanks Taso’s! ( The following day) I just received a call from the man himself. He apologized and asked for the opportunity to correct the mistake and I gratefully accepted. Thanks Taso! I feel much better about the whole situation. There’s nothing better than being treated like a guest instead of a number, after all, we’ve all had those days. Truly thankful for that, the world could use more graceful...

Food is great but the service is horrible just had an interaction where I was told I was the problem for demanding the gluten free pita I ordered and was charged for but was not given awhile ago and then today when again I got a gluten free pita there was no taziki on it when I went to eat it 2 hours after I had picked it up. So I called just to inform them of that. That was it I did not ask for any compensation of any kind, I was not rude to anyone, I did not ask for anything nor did I want anything at all simply just wanted to inform them so they were aware. I was asked to hold then another lady came on the phone and advised I was the issues and they maybe shouldn't serve me any more sighting because I'd had an issue before and I "wasn't very nice to their staff" I was simply demanding to get the gluten free pita I ordered and paid for and they were refusing trying to say id never ordered 1 gf but I'd been charged for a gf pita so I must have ordered one gf so yes I got upset with them on that occasion. So apparently if they mess up your order 1 time and don't want to fix it but you insist they do and then you have the audacity to dare let them simply know they forgot something on another order over 2 years later they will tell you that you're a problem and maybe shouldn't be served by them any longer. Oh and insist that the pita just absorbed all the taziki in that 2 hours cause they stood there and personally watched it being made cause there had been an issue with me in the past(ie not getting the gf pita I ordered and paid for). Absolutely disgusting customer service standards here. I am beyond disappointed in this establishment and i'd hope the owner does something regarding the way this staff is treating customers just for letting them know about something. But not holding my breath in this...

Absolutely the WORSE experience. arrived for our reservation with 3 friends excited to have a great meal since we have heard so many wonderful things about Tasos. We were brought to our table and sat for 20 minutes with absolutely NO acknowledgment. the party of 2 that arrived the same time as we did had already received there drinks and put in there dinner order and we had not even had a server come over and offer us water or let us know that they were to busy and would not be able to serve us. Every other table was being waited on except ours. As a customer that is a pretty terrible feeling, after 20 minutes we had decided that we were going to leave Tasos. The waiter then comes over with a tray of waters and says " You guys heading out" i explained that after sitting for 20 minutes with ZERO acknowledgement that we were going to leave he replied " Don't you see how busy we are" that is no excuse they were serving every table around us and didn't even pop over to say hey guys sorry were going to be a few minutes nothing not even the waters in his hand was for us it was for another table. i explained that the couple who arrived at the same time was waited on and we had not been he was so RUDE brushed us off and walked away . I have served for years and being a small business owner myself i know that you never ever treat clients that way especially right now when us small businesses depend on loyal clients to stay afloat. So disappointing so i most definitely would never recommend this restaurant unless you are ok with being...

Legit 6/5 for food, service and atmosphere. Grabbed my second pie from Taso's today and the whole experience was phenomenal. Called in a pickup order on my way into Peterborough, got talked into trying the Bronx. Told them I had previously tried the Buffalo and was working through their menu one pizza at a time. After a speedy payment process, she whips out a menu and starts ranking what is the most popular, staff favourites, her personal recommendations. Got to trade like a minute of pizza related banter, awesome. I'll get to the food in a second - the interior of this place is so cozy and funky and clean. They have a sign on the door that says "sorry, we're open" - I love that. I gotta get in here for dinner I bet it's even better. Pizza perfection. Crust just a little burnt, tonnes of cheese and pepperoni. Somehow it's literally packed with toppings / seasoning and yet isn't super greasy. The bottom is crunchy yet fluffy, crust had some serious pull / chew to it. (this is the part of the review where I went and grabbed a leftover piece I made myself so hungry!) Can't stress how worthy this place is of your business. Such an amazing addition to the Corners. See you soon Taso!

Saw a post on Facebook that Taso’s was opening up a new location at Fowler’s corners and thought I’d take my wife on a date and check it out. Having never been to the original, I wanted to know if it lived up to the hype. Well, all I can say is that it did that and more. The staff were amazing, and although all the tables were taken, they quickly found us a couple of seats at the bar, which we were happy to take to sample the food. We placed our order and accompanied by a nice bottle of wine that was very reasonably priced. Prior to getting our food they found us a table to sit at. The food arrived, and all I can say is WOW! It was delicious and plentiful and completely satisfying. As I said to one of the staff, if I had just flown 12 hours to Greece and had this meal, I would be over the moon. Lucky for us. We only have a 15 minute drive. I would highly recommend Tazo’s, and if I could give it 10 stars, I would. This was our first visit, but I can assure you it will not be our last. Looking forward to visiting again soon….often! Maybe check ahead for hour they will be open before heading out because from what I understand it may be limited to a few days a week.

Had dinner at Taso’s with my wife very recently. The restaurant itself is very small. I think there were only 6 or 7 tables, with most being tables for 2 people. There are also 10 or so seats at the bar. The spacing of the tables is very tight and as a result it’s very noisy. Wouldn’t recommend it for a quiet romantic dinner. The service was good, prompt and friendly. Overall the food was pretty good and portions were large. We had the Kiki’s Platter to start off with. It was a great mix of Apps, very filling and tasted real good. I had the Veal Parmigiana (which really isn’t an Italian dish) and it was good, but could have been cooked a little less in my view. The Veal and accompanying Spaghetti were served with a Bolognaise sauce which was tasty and a lot nicer than the typical Marinara sauce you get at other restaurants in North America. My wife’s pizza was large and she liked it. The food delivered to other tables also looked good. We’ll likely go again sometime.
