Things that were good:||-Location by the beach||-mini fridge works||||Things that were ok but not deal breakers:||-Dated decor...like 1975||-Air conditioning did not work||-No ventilation in bathroom||-Some stains on carpet||-Some slightly broken furniture||-gave us wrong room upon check in, given a proper room within 10 minutes||||Terrible things:||-computer broken through entire 4 day stay. Check in took 40 minutes. Had to fill out a paper registration card.||-wifi very unreliable. It would work for ten minutes then not work for hours. I tried my spouse's phone, he had the same issue with the internet.||-on day 3 of 4, we left our uncleaned room around 3 pm and returned to our room around 830 pm to find the door WIDE OPEN and all of our personal belongings visible. The cleaning had been done and beds made. Obviously someone was in our room after we left and left the door open. I went down to the front desk. They said they would investigate and contact the manager. They said they would call me on my hotel phone. No one called that evening. In the morning we checked out and the staff blamed the open door on a new staff member's first day. If that is true, then supervision amd training is non existent. You don't have to be a professional to know you don't leave a hotel room door wide open after you are done cleaning. The lady at check out immediately said perhaps I was the one who left it open by accident as that end of the hall has a breeze. Seriously? I pay money to stay at this hotel, your staff makes a serious security error and the first response is to try to blame the customer? Deplorable. ||||We closed the door to our unmade room around 3 pm. When we came back, the room was fully made up and cleaned, and the door wide open. ||||Check out took a while as they had lost my registration card. Computer still broken. They are happy to take full payment for providing a 2 out of 10 accomodation and terrible customer service. Will never stay again. I advise all who read this to stay...

This was intended to be a two night stay. I was alone the first night and my child was joining me the next. I did a late night check-in around 9-10pm. The desk clerk was kind, professional and processed me in a timely manner. The lobby was nice, but the elevator and stairs were both very small and old. The hallway is also small with musty carpet and there were beer empties in the hallway and many by the ice machine. My room was very clean, but very outdated. The view is beautiful here. I didn’t get the opportunity to go to the restaurant.||I was in my room long enough to go to bed when I hear a couple of men in the hall being loud, laughing and sounded as if they couldn’t find their rooms as you could hear they were trying to open several doors. They then tried mine and to my surprise their key OPENED MY DOOR!!!! Luckily I had the chain across and I shut the door on them. I called the front desk immediately. She apologized, but needless to say I didn’t sleep that night. Luckily I managed to find another hotel the next day as everything was booked in town for a...

My room was a hybrid of renovated and vintage. The room itself was spacious, comfortable bed, lovely balcony with a killer view. Bathroom needs renovation as it is a throwback to the 70s. But it was clean, well lit and functional. Restaurant was a highlight of the stay. Big beautiful windows looking toward the bay. Excellent breakfast and dinner was also very good. We also had a glass of wine on our balcony. The view was spectacular but leave room door ajar as the door key didn't work for re-entry. Take advantage of the location by walking the boardwalk to the pier. The stunning sunset did not disappoint. Overall my recommendation is to asked for a renovated room and bathroom.

I had a nice stay on that hotel. Rooms has awesome view. But still the inside needs some renovations. Small gym available inside. (Some machines out of service) Prices are reasonable (4 persons=140$) but breakfast not included on the price. Internet connection okay. For the restaurant: Very friendly staff Decoration is on point Nice dj playing lounge music There was no waiting on the entrance, but food took a long time, but the staff apologized. Prices goes from 20 to 40$ for a meal. Toilets... Meh with papers all around the ground, but it does smell good inside. Place recommended! (Extra: no vegetarian meal offered, and the access for wheelchair isn't easy)

We stayed two nights, personal I don't have bad experience in the hotel. My room was very clean and ready when I was there. I most admired the out side view from the window. We could see the mountains that middle of the saint Lawrence gulf, walking path and portion of the board yard. Restaurant at hotel had vegetation options at least to eat something for vegetation. The foods are affordable.
