McDonald's — Restaurant in Shawinigan

Previously I gave this McDonald's a 4 star. You know what you're getting, even if it isn't that great.

Unfortunately, I had a recent experience where the line staff thought it was okay to play with a customer's food. I had ordered a plain burger because I like to add ketchup myself. But they were out of ketchup at the pump and packets, so I requested the kitchen add a bit for me. They took this as an offense apparently and decided to do stupid things with my meal. I think the individual handing my order back to me knew the line cook had done something dumb and hesitated to give it back to me.

Was what they did a big deal? Not enough for me to leave home, go all the way back and ask them to correct it. But, I don't trust whatever is going on in that kitchen anymore. And I don't appreciate the antics after a long day at work. I just wanted to enjoy a...

Service was outstanding, shout out the the teenager boys that took my order, I asked for a hot chocolate and they told me the machine was out for cleaning so I just said to forget it. It was very disorganized. Watched sandwiches half made sitting out for over 5 minutes while they were getting eggs. Orders were cleared off screen almost immediately after being made, so orders were being fulfilled in random and not chronological order. We understand staff shortages but this was due to...
