Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Shawinigan

Really bad service! The lady was super rude! They don't care what you really want! I was not looking to get a breakfast but even if it was passed noon the breakfast menu was still on the signs at the drivethru and no one wouldn't move a finger to flip the signs even the 2 employees that where smoking right beside would not help us! Basically if you want to see the menu you have to go somewhere else! I only took a coffee and went to a&w...

Waited at least 35mins in drive-thru. While giving my order and receiving it the employees where laughing and talking between themselves while serving me. Took 7mins for them to take my order and all I took was 2 drinks and timbits. Really...

Didn't expect much, but friendly fast service (our group of six went inside) despite our lack of French was much appreciated. Good hot breakfast sandwiches. Our box of Timbits sadly did not last...
