Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Sherbrooke

There is something different about tortillas in a place like this one.

Have you ever made yourself a burrito 🌯 and wondered why they are not as amazing than a burrito place? It's because of the elasticity of the tortilla.

Fresh tortillas are easier to handle and when building and filling up the tortilla it does not break. That's why if you buy tortillas in a store, that is not as fresh, not to mention you might keep then for a few days, they lose their elasticity.

The burrito I ate there was by far one of the greatest burritos I have ever had in my life. It was a very generous portion for the price I paid and the burrito was holding itself extremely well as I was eating it.

The employee was mad when I went in an hour and a half before his close because he had already mopped the floor. Couldn’t even say « good evening » or anything, he actually barely talked to me .. he just wanted to get rid of his work and leave .. I love Quesada, their employees are generally very convivial, but this one was the worst...

Les employés ne sont pas efficaces... on passe d'un commande à l'autre sans en compléter une. On commence ma commande (2 tacos) on l'a laissé la pour aller préparer une commande internet... on vient à la commande à mon conjoint et on retourne à la commande internet... mon poulet est là à attendre plus de 10 minutes... on revient à une nouvelle commande internet nous laissant attendre au comptoir.... sérieux... ya rien d'efficacité là.... je finis pas dire !) a l'employé que je suis la a attendre et que mes tacos vont être froid à attendre... (c'était le cas) de plus à la caisse le jeune homme nous a chargé 32$ pour 4 tacos... car il croyait en avoir 6 ... mais il a pas pris le temps de demander avant de charger...!!!! Les jeunes ont besoin de s'enlever les doigts dans le nez et être plus efficace... pour un dimanche midi ... c'était pas le rush... attendu plus de 30 minutes et manger froid en plus d'avoir payer...
