During my recent visit to Lion's Head, we stopped in this Tim Hortons for a break. I had an overall positive experience that made me rate this location as a 4 stars spot. The coffee and food served were up to the usual standards that I have come to expect from Tim Hortons, and I have no complaints in that regard. Another positive aspect was the ample parking space available at the store, making it convenient for customers to access.
However, one aspect that stood out and influenced my rating was the cleanliness both inside and outside of the store. Unfortunately, there were some cleanliness issues that affected my overall impression. The outdoor garbage bin was visibly overflowing, and this not only created an unattractive appearance.
Inside the store, I observed scattered napkins and other pieces of paper lying around, which detracted from the overall ambiance. Maintaining a clean and tidy dining area is crucial according to me for a pleasant and comfortable environment. I hope the management pays more attention to ensure a more positive dining experience for everyone.
Apart from the cleanliness concerns, I also noticed a slight inconsistency in the level of service provided by the staff. The majority of the crew were friendly and accommodating, creating a welcoming atmosphere. They seemed eager to assist customers and were prompt in taking orders and serving food. However, there were a few staff members who appeared disinterested and were not as attentive to customer questions and requests. This inconsistency in service can have an impact on the overall customer experience and should be addressed to ensure a consistently positive interaction with every customer.
Despite these areas for improvement, I did enjoy my time at Tim Hortons. The coffee and food were delicious, and the ample parking space was a definite advantage. Moreover, the majority of the crew's friendly and attentive service contributed positively to my visit. However, I hope that the management takes note of the cleanliness concerns and ensures that the indoor and outdoor areas are well-maintained at all times. Additionally, providing consistent and attentive customer service across the entire staff will undoubtedly enhance the overall dining experience for customers.

They took our order first for wrap, salad bowl and once i ordered and paid for the order they said they dont have any chicken left for wrap or salad bowl. The guy told me he can do the wrap with beef so we asked for the salad bowl refund and wanted to order grilled cheese sandwich and a small coffee. The middle aged male at the counter told me it costs more than the bowl but it will be a swap for the salad bowl. I double checked the prices and noticed they owe me $1.65 after the new order and confronted the guy. He first did not agree to the mistake and started giving me silly excuses like taxes and other charges but when confronted he returned me the difference but made a lot of comments in between. He told us the dining hall close in 15 minutes when the time was only 9.20 pm. It was a very unpleasant and unprofessional attitude by this staff. The food was below par, everything was finished in the kitchen, they just gave us leftover meat at the end with little meat on all of our orders. Firstly, it took an excessively long time to get our coffees. The staff had to remake them because they got our order wrong the first time. This kind of incompetence is inexcusable for a place that prides itself on quick service.
The state of the restaurant was appalling. The floors were disgusting and littered with garbage and scraps. After seeing this, I reluctantly went to the bathroom, which I needed to use urgently. As I feared, it was even worse. There was trash everywhere in the stalls and on the floor, and to top it off, there was no soap in the dispenser. My husband reported that the men’s bathroom was in the same deplorable condition.
