The most disorganized restaurant I’ve seen. Staff were not paying attention and kept voiding orders off their screen that weren’t even completed, leading to a bunch of us having to get our orders remade. Not only that but the cash register had the same order numbers as the kiosks, leading to a lot of people receiving incorrect orders. My suggestion is that the staff need to stop rushing and pay attention to what they’re doing. I eventually received my order although they left out my sauces and the food was cold....

On a recent trip from Toronto to Montreal we stopped at 3 locations all of which were closed… this location was a Tuesday just before noon. A sign said “closed for the night”… so the only open option was Tim Hortons, that had a line about 40 people deep.
There’s no reason the On Route tenants shouldn’t be back to...
