We visited your store today around 4:05 PM to buy some items. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the staff at the front.When we asked for ketchup and an empty cup, the girl at the front counter ignored us, rolled her eyes, and continued talking to another staff member instead of assisting us. The cash register wasn’t working so you can only use the self serve order kiosk. But the order kiosk is very slow. It also doesn’t list details for your order. Not sure if it even sends that info to the server because they didn’t know my drinks when I got to the counter. Service was very slow. The drink dispenser was broken with workers taking it apart in plain sight. But the server still handed over 2 empty fountain drink cups expecting me to use the drink dispenser. Truckers, don’t bother supporting this location. You don’t get food after 7 PM. We could starve them into making longer hours, if their profits go down by boycotting. Apparently truckers don’t need to eat where there is a large enough parking area to actually stop around here. I usually choose BK for GF options, whereas the Tim Hortons has almost nothing.
