Mezbaan Indian Bistro — Restaurant in Southeast

Good food, excellent customer service, and beautiful interior & ambiance. It’s recently opened and staff and owner are taking extra care of providing great customer service. All the girls were very friendly (they had all girls as servers). Food was good. I haven’t tried many dishes as I didn’t have big appetite during this dinner. However, all dishes I tried, were good. Wait time was reasonable. Loved 3 huge paintings of Punjabi man and women. The prices were slight higher than other restaurants in Ellerslie area. It’s like a dollar or 2 more for main course dishes. But it would not bother many who want to enjoy nice ambiance and a brand new kitchen.. I would go again to try some...

I got a take-out order from this restaurant today. I called them and placed the order on phone. When I reached the restaurant to pick my order - the lady in the front was very polite and helped us out really quick. Since it was my first visit to this place today - the ambience looked really nice, the place was clean and spacious.

For the food - I ordered paneer butter masala with butter naan The paneer was really delicious, soft and the gravy was really yummy. The naan were soft and the quantity was also really good. I felt the price is also apt as per each dish. I will definitely go back and try out other...

Worst place Worst customer service. I have worked in food industry for 4 years. I ordered fennel cakes and those were extremely dry, when I called to inform them that it is not tasting good, they said these are two days old and owner of the business was arguing like stupids that why did I say that it is three days old instead of two days old. I do not think that anyone would pay to eat two days old food, instead of accepting the mistake calling customers to fight with them is not the right approach from any business.
