Asked for a single dark roast triple triple from drive thru. I pay, i drink, it has no sugar and is burnt. Okay mistakes happen. Go back and get it replaced... the new coffee ALSO has no sugar in it.
So i thought to myself okay, third times the charm, but NOPE. Third coffee has sugar and cream. But NOT STIRRED AT ALL. Cream was not even mixed. So i har a fourth try. By this time, om late for getting back to work after waiting 45 MINUTES FOR MY ORIGINAL DRINK. Only to have to return 3 concequtive times to get an actual coffee. How hard is it to stir a coffee or make sure theres sugar in the dispenser? For such an easy job i see no reason or excuse for thos

Read moreFellow co-workers and I have been going to this tim hortens for over a year, as it is closest to us. I generally don't like to leave bad reviews, but I feel it is the time. The service is abysmal. I order a coffee mocha personally, and I always get regular coffee. Wouldn't be upset if it wasn't for the fact that a coffee mocha is more expensive than coffee. I either have to ask for it to be fixed, or if I dont have the time I just leave. I would say 90% of the time it gets done wrong. When ive tried explaining it to certain employees, I've had some rude experiences. A lot of the time if I do a mobile order it is not ready and I give plenty of time, up to twenty minutes. And then I stand in line to get it done. Which defeats the purpose if even doing it. Seems to me, most employees here don't care much. However a few do really care and it shows, you guys keep it up. The rest of you need to take some more pride...
