Subway — Restaurant in Springdale

Clean and well maintained store. Most the staff is friendly and clean. I have however on several occasions witnessed some of the staff commit unsafe food practices. Taking toppings off a meat based sandwich and returning them to the bin, I'm pretty sure that is is by definition cross contamination. I also seen staff handle lists from customers while gloved up and making a sandwich. I have even seen staff finish making a sandwich, handle cash and then go back to making sandwiches all while wearing the one pair of gloves without washing her hands or changing gloves. I don't eat...

If I could give zero I would, I made an online order for pick up at 4pm... Meaning you don't make the food until right before... But that's a little too hard I guess, so instead you make it at the time of order and let it sit for an hour.. I get home to hopefully have a nice meal instead I get soggy wet bread with half my toppings not even inside the sandwich.. just because I'm not there to watch you make the sandwich doesn't give you the right to...

The service was a mixture of great and not so good. One employee was very accommodating and helpful. The other needed things repeated and still got my son's order wrong. Overall the food was delicious and I would go back... Just keep a close eye on...
