Ordered the same pizza as the first time, the Pizza D’Amore. I told them the last one I ordered what is suppose to be crust was so soggy dough, it was hardly eatable the only thing that saved it were the toppings which are great. So this time after explaining the last problem I asked for it to be over cooked thinking it might help. WOW was I wrong. May have something to do with the foil wrapper for donairs they use under the pizza, not the rippled cardboard. Same result and last chance. However on three separate occasions over the span of 2-3 weeks I've called and they don't have what I want in stock. One occasion they substituted parsley in place of cilantro without telling me. I had been told they'd put their Mexican food options on Uber eats in May, but that still hasn't happened. Finally, tonight I called four times over the last 30 minutes and no one is picking up my calls despite their hours saying they're open. Nothing on social media accounts about being unavailable today.

You had to search around for the two ingredients on a crust that lacked sufficient tomato sauce. This is a continual problem with the staff since the are a few times the pizza is great but on a high occasion it is not.
