All of these 5-star reviews must be from friends and family because based on our first(and last) experience here there’s no way this is 5-star food, quite the opposite actually. The wife and I ordered a spaghetti, lasagna, and 2 pizza subs and without a doubt this was the WORST tomato sauce we’ve ever tasted! It was also used on the pizza subs so this made all 4 items completely inedible as it was really that horrible tasting. This was our first time ordering spaghetti/lasagna in 30+ years where no garlic bread was included plus the portion sizes were very small. The pizza subs(which were also very small) had no onions and barely any meat plus they had the terrible tasting sauce I previously mentioned on them…hands down these were the worst pizza subs I’ve ever had and if that wasn’t bad enough they were both burnt(see pics) to the point where they would’ve been inedible anyways. Anyone who’s ever had a Boston Brute at Boston Pizza will know what a proper pizza sub looks and tastes like but this wasn’t it,not even close! Also, their website prices don’t match what they actually charge which you can see on their wall menu in-store where they have increased their prices with a black marker. When I told the owner he has to charge what’s on his website he argued with me that he was waiting for the economy to get better which made no sense as he was missing my point about consumer advertising laws where you have to charge what you advertise. Needless to say our entire order was thrown in the garbage which was literally a waste of money so it goes without saying we’ll never return and will never recommend this place. Absolutely horrible food! I would give 0 stars if I could.

Around 1yr ago was the first time we ordered here for pick up the pizza wasnt worth the price we paid for 2 for 1 pizzas , they were very chincy on the toppings cheese and sauce id compare its rating below the ones you can buy in the freezer section at the grocer and so when my friend recently said the donairs are good,I went there today to try them, as we've decided in the past not to buy their ripp off pizza again. So today while there, long story short, I ordered 2 donairs and asked if they had fries. They said No and suggested for the kids mozza sticks, which I thought was mozzarella sticks wth the cheese inside. Got home, husband devoured is donair whilst complaining about it's lack of contents. The pizza sticks wasn't like assumed was like a garlic pizza bread, not a stick , it was over cooked I took a bite and noticed there was a hair on it , which I wasnt overly concerned about. It happens. but then I noticed a disgusting ball of fuzz cooked into the cheese and it ruined my entire appetite , no one wanted to eat anything after this and whom already ate claimed that their "mouth felt fuzzy".

I was not planning on reviewing Pisa Pizza & Pasta tonight because I’m sure everybody knows how great this guy is. However, this pizza just changed my life. We used to live right next door and we went all the time but it’s been a few years since we moved away. Maybe it’s that I forgot just how amazing it is maybe he upped his game. Whatever the reason, the wife and I will be making the trip into St Albert more often than usual for some donair pizza. Ps. Sorry for not being a photographer lol

Went to place an order for 6:43 PM and we were threatened by the so called man who answered. My phone was malfunctioning and the restaurant worker couldn’t hear me, so instead of asking me to call back he said “don’t try that game with me buddy or else you’ll be sorry.” Our end was on mute when we called this number to place a very huge order and they couldn’t hear us. Also, why would you divulge information of a man threatening the restaurant to a customer, us, who’s trying to make an order. That’s a breach in ethics and huge NONO in customer service. When I called back a second time to make the order and explain that I was calling for delivery all the man did was talk over me and I told him that he shouldn’t be telling people that he’s going to make them sorry. You are the one threatening people and not whoever is or was harassing this business, J will know about this. Next stop, conversation...
