My traveling companion was a little wary of Chinese food in a rural, small town but being vegetarian knew we could get plenty of veggies here (after a week of delicious hamburgers and fish and chips). We ended up having a delicious and fresh meal that really made for a nice change of pace in our trip's cuisine.
