Boston Pizza — Restaurant in St. John's

We ordered buffalo chicken mac and cheese from this location and added extra chicken. On the website it said Add on for extras so I think it was very clear that we wanted extra chicken. Anyways, we go pick up the mac and cheese, only to find out there wasn’t any chicken in it. We went back to let them know that there’s no chicken. The manager at first seemed very confident and said he packed it himself so there’s definitely chicken in it, and made us look like liars. We told him to open the box and then he realized he confused the order. In no way he was apologetic, instead he kept on saying that there was chicken in it. Anyways, he told us they would make us another one. To our surprise, we had to go back again because once AGAIN there wasn’t any chicken in it. We wouldn’t be so adamant on getting the chicken but we paid extra for it and the manager didn’t care about us at all. However, the staff were nice enough to apologize hence extra star for the girl. All this took 1.5 hours. For next time, we would appreciate if they were a bit considerate about other peoples...

My friends and I showed up in the late evening to order food. Our waitress took our drink orders and then went to talk with someone at the bar. We were all commenting on why she wasn't preparing our drinks as she was just standing there. Our drinks came 20 minutes after we ordered them, and our food came almost one hour after we ordered. My friend's hot meal was served fresh from the fridge, but he had it replaced with a hot one...after everyone else had finished theirs. Our waitress was hardly ever in sight. I went to use a napkin to wipe my mouth and I found that the one I picked up had an address written on it which means they came from another table that had been cleaned. I was so dissatisfied with the experience that I have not been back since this happened 4 months ago. Update: Service is consistently fantastic even throughout the pandemic. I've tried many dishes and they've all been good but my favorite is the vegetarian pesto caprese, I just wish they kept the option for multigrain, though white is tasty. I see a big improvement in cleanliness, service and food since I first started going to this location over a year ago. Really enjoy it!
