Boston Pizza — Restaurant in St. John's

My boyfriend and I went to watch the Would Junior game Saturday night seating close to the bar. Not only was the server not very friendly but it seemed like she was more interested in having having a conversation with her friends at the bar. My boyfriend how to go up to the bar and remind her of our drink order she didn’t even apologize and finally brought us our beer. When we wanted another one it took her a long time to come over because she was still too busy chatting with her friends. We had one more beer and then she came over and told us that we had to leave because the section we were in was reserved. I don’t know who Boston Pizza hires as their employees but I or my boyfriend has ever had such a bad dining experience. I really wish I could give the restaurant no stars and just this review. We won’t be going back there again. Management needs to review their employees more closely. I honestly think that poor management is the result of Hiring such...

We Entered at ~7pm waitress took drink order and returned with drinks by 715. Didn't see her again until 8pm to take our food order (party of 5) there were about 8 tables with people at them and several people arrived after us and received their food before our order was even taken. The Server said sorry she lost track during the rush... What rush?? Food portion size was good, Taste was nothing to rush out for. The garlic fingers with bacon we ordered came without bacon. The French Onion soup had a sprinkle of cheese and 2 small croutons. The Mac and cheese was literally Plain macaroni with cheese sprinkled on, no sauce. Server never came back until well into the meal to check on us and ask about refills even though glasses were empty when she brought the food out finally.

Definitely wouldn't recommend if your in a rush there's much better places to...

I wish I could have rated the food, but after being shown to a table, I sat there with my 91 year old diabetic mother and 2 starving children for 40 minutes without anyone even getting our drink orders. Servers came to our section several times to clear the many empty tables around us, but wouldn't even make eye contact with us. This was around 2:20-3 pm, hardly peak time, and the place was far from full. Even if it was busy, I don't think a quick check in to tell us there would be a infinite delay would have been too much to ask.
