Burger King — Restaurant in St. John's

We went Burger king topsail road today at 4pm, the drinks weren't only warm(there was no ice at all) but flat. I asked for another it was the same way and so was my wife's coke. We tossed all the drinks into the garbage bin at the end of the drive through. The burgers and mozza sticks were cold, and I mean actually cold. I'm pretty sure they have been sitting there for hours would be my guess. The only thing fresh was the fries. I'm calling for my refund or something today and if I don't get some sense of this I'm done with this location and possibly franchise as this is the 3rd time in a row we've had bad experiences at this same location.

Am I the only one that ALWAYS has an issue with this specific burger king? The employees almost never know what their doing. I only ever go there because I live sooo close to it and my son loves it so its a treat for him sometimes and every. Single. Time they screw something up. I bought a soft serve in a cup for my son today and the cup wasn't even half full so when I questioned it she said you only get "3 rings" and continued to argue with me that it's normal to get less than half a cup full of ice cream. Maybe 4 spoon fulls worth if that. Can't even ask for ONE packet of extra sauce on the side with 8 nuggets either its crazy.. God I wish we had another burger king closer...
