Should hire some competent staff who can fill a simple food order without making a mistake. I am a regular customer and almost every time I visit there is a mistake in my order. While sitting eating my meal the last time I was there three people returned because their order was wrong. This evening my order was wrong and a gentleman came back with his order because it was wrong. The manager or supervisor on duty, Gladys, was actually rude to the man and instead of trying to make the situation better she aggravated him to the point that I'm sure he will never return. The sad thing is I've seen her do that on many occasions. What happened to customer service? I'm not saying that the customer is always right but when you make a mistake and then argue with the person and make them so angry that they won't come back there's definitely something wrong. I can't believe she is still working there especially in a...
Read moreHad an amazing dine-in experience at the Burger King on Torbay Road! The place was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the staff were incredibly welcoming.
I ordered the Whopper combo, and honestly, it was one of the best I've had. The burger was fresh, the veggies were crisp, and the bun was perfectly toasted. What really stood out, though, was the staff â who were ready to take cafe of us really well.
One of the employees, I think his name was Ricky, personally checked on my table to make sure everything was good. He even offered to bring me some extra napkins and ketchup without me asking â such a thoughtful gestures! It's rare to see this level of care in a fast-food setting, and it made a big impression.
I'll definitely be back â highly recommend this location! (Wish I had taken some photos to share the...
Read moreI've never seen such a "smeechy" atmosphere in a public restaurant (it doesn't come across in the photos), to the degree where it irritated your eyes. Couple that with the messiest fast food restaurant that I've seen in the longest time. Granted it was lunchtime, but if it wasn't for the fact that my 11-year-old had herself set on having Burger King, I'd have walked out. It was cleared up by the time we left, but it was disgusting and should never have been left so long like it was, especially with the slip hazard around the drinks machine. Then, to top it off, the produce is far from fresh, as the "brown lettuce" shows in the photo. With the rest of the food, the kids enjoyed it, and if you've eaten at Burger King before, you'll know what to expect...which is the nicest...
