Oh let me retell the tale. We ordered through their website. The mobile order said it’ll be ready at 3:06pm - look for your order near the Mobile Order Pickup. So I did: just to be told that I actually need to let them know. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose? Then, they had nothing left for what we ordered even though I watched them serve it to another customer as I was doing what the app told me to do. They did the usual “we have no control over that” - then maybe post a sign indicating this to avoid customers waiting because your process is different from the one you use? There were easily 5 cars behind me waiting.
Blizzard was liquid. Such BS.
Yeah the customer in front of me took 20 minutes to fill, so make another one.
The young blond girl at the drive through window knew. That is why she didn’t invert it.
