I just called them over the phone to order a pickup, a girl answered and asked for my name and if I wanted to do pickup or delivery. I told them and started asking about the price when suddenly the call was on hold. I thought it was disconnected but no it wasn’t. Suddenly she started talking again but was laughing and couldn’t talk properly. There were other people on the background laughing as well. Then she put on hold again when I was talking and this happend three more times. Then a guy took over and asked what am I gonna order and how can he help. NOT EVEN A SINGLE SORRY FOR EARLIER. I then asked them if something was wrong or should I call later? Then he goes by saying, "What's wrong? What happened?(in a sarcastic tone)". This made me so uncomfortable and I ended the call without even ordering anything. Never expected this kind of customer service from a popular store and they didn't even bother about the whole situation. This is the second time this branch has served below par pizza despite of complaining to Dominos management. If you will not listen you will loose business. The lady at the making does not have a barometer for ingredients to be put on. She just takes a pinch of everything and put on rather then a handful amount or the approved quantity. I ordered an extra large Extravaganza pizza two days ago but we literally had to find the topping in the pizza. We felt as if we were eating a plain bread. No cheese, no base sauce taste, simply bland.

I called at 12:45 to ask what time they closed, the employee answered the phone and placed me on hold before I got to ask anything, waited 8 minutes, then returned just to say they are closed… why even answer the phone and put someone on hold just to waste their time. I would assume their policy makes them answer the phone up until a certain point so their solution for not wanting to make anything late night was to just leave me on hold until time was up. Extremely rude. If I was the owner I would be ashamed to employ such a rude staff!
