The most ignorant employees I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. Argumentative, incompetent, I could go on. I will NEVER waste my hard earned money at another dominos that is how poorly I was treated. The employee sounded like they wanted to aggravate me, not help. 0 stars all around considering I called to ask for reimbursement for my order that they completely messed up, they requested I send the two pizzas back (health and safety violation? Contamination? Why would the pizza need to go back? So you and your coworkers can eat it?) and wait 45 minutes for a driver to come and deliver two more pizzas. I worked all day, hadn't eaten all day, was very excited for the pizza. There was no way I was sending it back to wait 45 minutes for two more pizzas which im sure would have taken longer with how they were treating me over the phone. Argumentative I will say again. I then asked if I could have my name marked down somewhere saying they owe me two pizzas. I understand the cruel world we live in and people trying to gimmick companies but this was an honest mess up on their behalf, and to not offer a sensible solution just shows how little they care about their customers. Read morefirst time i went in there in person, after placing an order online and being told it was ready online I go into a bunch of young staff that had not made half my order and told me to wait another 20 minutes while the second pizza and cinna stix were made, during that time they were loud and jumping around. vulgarity flying around. Good enough....
So just tonight i tried calling because i live about a 5 minute walk away but there is a very cold wind and slick roads so i asked for delivery. reason being I've been having a few beer and i tried to order online but the order won't ever complete. So I call and i get a young man that rushed me off the phone didn't ask for a phone number or apartment number or even let me finish ordering just told me my total after reading off the two medium pizzas (which mind you i asked if i could get the price online because I'm unable to complete my online order) said 37.75 or close to that and the order would be there in 50 minutes and hung up on me. The price for those should have been 11.99.

There was nearly a 15 minute time gap between when I ordered and when I arrived, and upon hitting the "here" button to notify them that I had arrived, I saw on the app that the order had not even made it to the oven yet. At about 7:15pm the app notified me that my order was ready, but at the bottom of the screen it said that it had been ready for pickup since 7:07pm, which I found odd since I had been periodically checking. I sat in my car for about another 10 minutes waiting for my order, and nothing happened. I could see through the window that the restaurant was not overly busy. I called the store and they immediately put me on hold. Frustrated, I went inside to get my order, but had to wait in line before finally telling them that I had been waiting in my car for 20 minutes for my carside order. The employee's response was "sorry 'bout that". I had spent the last several minutes watching that same employee literally scuffing her feet on the floor and showing little interest in her job or customers.
