I recently had the pleasure of dining at Haveli, a new addition to the vibrant culinary scene in St. John's, and I must say, it was an experience to remember. Haveli brings the finest Pakistani and Indian cuisine to our city, and it does so with an authenticity. From the moment you step inside Haveli, you are greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The décor beautifully blends traditional elements with a modern touch, creating an ambiance that is both elegant and comfortable. The soft lighting, rich colors, and intricate designs transport you to a different world, setting the perfect stage for a memorable dining experience. The menu at Haveli is a testament to the rich culinary traditions of Pakistan and India. It offers a diverse array of dishes, each prepared with the freshest ingredients and a perfect balance of spices. To start our meal, we ordered the Mixed Platter, which included an assortment of appetizers such as samosas, pakoras, and seekh kebabs. Each item was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. The seekh kebabs were a highlight, with their smoky aroma and tender, juicy texture. For the main course, we decided to try a variety of dishes to get a true taste of what Haveli has to offer. We tried the Garlic Naan and were outstanding. The bread was soft and fluffy, with a slight char from the tandoor oven, and the flavors were simply irresistible. The service at Haveli was exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations based on our preferences. The staff was attentive and made sure that our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. To end our meal on a sweet note, we tried the Gulab Jamun and the kheer. The Gulab Jamun was soft and soaked in a fragrant syrup, while the kheer was creamy and refreshing, with the perfect balance of sweetness. In addition to the outstanding food and service, Haveli also offers a well-curated selection of beverages, including traditional lassi, chai that complement the rich flavors of the cuisine. Update- I see that they have replied that they could not reach me. I am shocked that apart from bad customer service, they are also the biggest liars I have ever met. I have provided a screenshot of my calls that I made to them after placing my order. Can they provide any proof that they tried to call me? Seriously Haveli owners shame on you!! You should have owned up your mistake and we could have moved on but you had to show that you are a scummy restaurant!

Original review- Pathetic customer service. Took my order at 7:30( well before closing time) and told me that they will call back once my order is ready for pickup. I called them back multiple times but they did not pick my call nor they called back. I would have preferred if they had called in case they were out of stock or busy.
