I Used to come here often to study. They used to have great service and decent coffee to keep you awake while reading boring heavy content. However, started this semester amd came back to find very rude customer service, oh those are only for customers, only customers can use the bathroom etc... Last I checked I was a regular last winter semester and I JUST BOUGHT a fudging coffee and soup and I can't release the pressure and be comfortable while studying and eat something. Excuse me but I don't know what kinda business your running, i could not even stay after that and did not get the coffee or soup i BOUGHT because i was soo stunned! The guy that served me was makeing it in the back counter while i walked, because of her i will never come back.I have never left somewhere feeling that way in my life, the dirty sinking feeling in my stomach absolutely rotted everything. They have a fine selection of coffee beans available for purchase, so if you’re a coffee lover, it's easy to find something unique to take home. I ordered a medium latte and paired it with a slice of banana bread—both were delicious and hit the spot perfectly!

There are a number of specific issues that could be voiced but long story short is that management doesn't have it's staff's or even It's customer's best interests at heart. From what I've seen and what has been relayed to me there has been very poor treatment of staff and some egregious overstepping that boarders on harassment. This is doubly disappointing coming from a locally owned business.
