KFC — Restaurant in St. John's

This is the worst KFC location in all of Newfoundland! Has barely any traffic in the drive thru max 4 or 5 cars & when you get to the mic they say "one moment thank you" will make you wait 10 minutes before they take your order, can't even understand what I'm saying to them. Got 2 cars in front of me & it took them 20 minutes to serve the first car & 15 to serve the second car. Then when we pull up they ask us what are drinks are again, then I asked for spicy mayo, had to pay 35cents which was fine. After waiting for the food we go park to eat it, there's no forks, napkins & they forgot the spicy mayo. Had to go back in & show my receipt for the spicy mayo because god forbid if they give it away for free. Had so many bad experiences with this location, the staff are polite but they have no idea what their doing. The one star is...

Usually they have average customer service. However tonight my boyfriend and I were severely disappointed. After placing our order at the drive thru and having the server repeat it back correctly we got our food and discovered that some of our order was missing. We were already home and so tried phoning 3 times before someone picked up. We explained the situation and that we also were not given a receipt. Whom ever we are speaking with said to come back and pick up our missing large popcorn chicken. Up in arrival we were given small popcorn chicken instead. We corrected the gentleman and said that it was a large. People make mistakes understandable, however we could over hear him complaining quite loudly about our interaction. We believe that this man was the manager and found his entire attitude completely...

The food is really good. The chicken tenders in particular are the best of any fast food restaurant in my opinion, and the fries also now come with a seasoning on them and it makes the fries that much better. A couple things that are not so good about this store is how after 11pm you can't get chicken even though they don't close until midnight. Pretty bad for a chicken restaurant to say they aren't serving chicken because they close in an hour. Why are the hours until 12am if I can't get any food? Also the few times my order has been messed up, they refuse to acknowledge the mistake and hang up/walk away from you. Great food when you can get it but not so great...
