I haven't gone there in many, many years. The reason was because of a certain employee, who was very rude. I have serious issues with her and I am sure others have too. I learned 20+ years ago that she was being considered for the manager position, and I heard from a friend of mine in 2008 that she worked at that KFC location and she quit after just a mere week because of that rude employee. I wanted to fill out a suggestion, only to learn the suggestion box was done away with. They even offered cheap soft drinks - possibly to win back customers after their bad experience.
