MajesTea — Restaurant in St. John's

To begin with, I took a Large mango cheese crown fruit tea which i didnt like at all (as the pieces were so huge that they werent even coming thru the straw and the drink was sour. Not to forget the drink is super expensive ). So, as per the policy i went to get an exchange on another drink - Large Roasted Oolong which I had tried before and loved it. However, their customer service was so poor and pathetic that the server didnt listen to my complain and made me uncomfortable when I asked for another drink. Additionally, when i asked for a large roasted Oolong drink he tried to manipulate me and insisted me to take a small size saying i ll not like the taste of it. I had already explained him atleast 10 times that i have tried it before and have loved the drink. However, he ignored my order for a large drink and gave me small roasted oolong without compensating the balance (as mango fruit tea was around 12dollars with toppings+tax whereas the other one was barely half of it). I am extremely sorry to say but I wouldnt ever return to this store after such horrible customer experience where the complains are unheard and ineffective. The management should be trained well enough to listen to customers request and take the criticism sincerely. p.s-like i mentioned i did like the drink but didnt get the size I ordered and i havent been refunded the balance . Additionally if this is how you treat your customers, well i am happy to take my business to better shop that treats customers equally with respect. I refuse to entertain...

I had the pleasure of visiting Majestea recently, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The decor is stylish yet cozy, making it an ideal spot for catching up with friends or just enjoying some quiet time alone with a great cup of tea.

The tea selection is outstanding, offering a wide range of flavors to suit every palate. I particularly enjoyed their fruit-infused teas and the unique seasonal specials that they have. Every sip was a burst of flavor, clearly showcasing the high quality of the ingredients they use.

The customer service at Majestea is top-notch. The staff is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about their menu. They took the time to understand my preferences and recommended teas that I absolutely loved. Their passion for tea is evident, and it adds to the overall experience.

I also appreciated the attention to detail in how the teas were prepared and served. It’s clear that Majestea takes pride in providing a premium tea experience. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Majestea to anyone who appreciates good tea and...

We were in from out around the bay and my tween wanted to try boba for the first time. She has actually wanted to try it for over a year and it just wasn't accessible to us.

We waited for MajesTea to open at noon to grab a drink before heading home. I had pretty much convinced myself she'd be disapointed (picky kid!) but it was her only request. I wasn't even sure how to order.

It didn't matter. The barista was running late (highly unusual apparently!), so they offered us a discount later or a free drink now. Above and beyond! The free drink had to be Yakult with lime and either watermelon or peach pearls. We tried one of each.

It was incredible! So great! We both prefered the watermelon pearls but agreed both were fantastic. The cashier was super friendly, the decor was beautiful, the drink was lovely. They could have turned us away disapointed, but instead gave us the perfect first Boba experience, a highlight...
