Mary Brown's Chicken & Taters — Restaurant in St. John's

Hi, I am regular customer of mary browne in avalon mall.its true your crispy fried chicken is awesome.But its very unexpected about customer service.last visit day was 20 nov in the evening time a lady was in cashier... may be time 6.30---7.. her behaviour is not good even was rude while we asked anything even not operative. one month ago another lady is different also did the same thing.How rude they are?i asked about menu but she was hurry and i asked mayo..she replied rudely..... they are not even welcoming no smiley. Had a bad experience today. 5 november Cashier at the front was really rude.and no greetings at all was trying to scan the app and was not working and she did not even try to look and told ur app is not working even it worked after i try it several time but she told jo all the time her behaviour was unnecessary Came at the store at today. passed the wrong drink and when asked she was frowning. need to train your staf to be more greeting and be respectful to the customers. not coming back to this please because of this person even though i...

Overall was great. Gets 3 for atmosphere cause it's in a food court! Food was great ( as always) The service was awesome, Lisa made sure everything was piping hot. Was friendly and helpful.
