I had an upset issue with the McDonald's on Newfoundland Drive in St johns. I was shouted at and argued with about how my coffee was rang in by a supposed to be manager to made me park when i asked for my receipt. I ordered an iced coffee made regular, 1 made black, and 1 made with sugar free syrup and milk. In was charged 45c more for sugar free syrup. As i am an insulin dependent Diabetic. I was insulted as to be charged more for sugarfree. I was embarrassed and frustrated and refused to pay more based on principal. They offered powderd sugar ( this do not dissolve in iced coffee) So i said fine ill have just milk in it.all that was at the pay window. Then told to go to the next window. There a woman shoved a tray of iced coffee at me and quickly shut the window. I stayed and asked for my receipt and asked them again was charging for sugar free syrup a mistake. She said that's how its done. After asking for my receipt she said she don't have it and told me to park. My husband said we shouldn't have to park for a receipt, refusal to the customer in such a ignorant way. He said you can send the manager out with it too please. We parked for 3 min while ine employee popped her head out the door looked at us and went back in. Then came a woman with more ignorance than the 1st claiming to be the manager in a red top. I then noticed i had 2 black coffees and 1 regular. So i didnt even get the milk i asked for. I told the manager such and she said that's how it was ordered so it was made that way. How is this proper management or customer service! I said it was ordered with milk from the get go and with sugar free syrup. And i told her about the experience at both windows. She brushed me off and said " well i can fix it if youh want" i cannot believe the way i was spoken too. There are cameras at the store On all windows. There must be a way to see how misbehaved these workers were...all over asking for sugarfree syrup and my receipt. I am deeply disgusted and dissatisfied and will have my mouth going about this to all who lends an ear. I drive through each morning for a large black coffee and i was always treated nice and i always commented on how i drive past 2 other McDonald's to get the better service at this McDonald's. I even told who was a male manager who was supervising the truck being unloaded just last week that this is the better McDonald's and now ill eat my words. Very very...
Read moreThe evening of January 28th .I ordered by going thru the drive thru a Jr chicken meal with no lettuce,medium fries,and medium sprite with no ice, a Mcdouble burger with Xtra onions and a double chessburger with just cheese onions and pickle. My burger was delicious and done as requested. However, the Jr chicken meal they got wrong twice. I order with no lettuce the first time and got lettuce without the sauce so I went back and reordered a second time and still got lettuce with no mayo, the fries were cold the no ice request in my drink was done correctly. The Mcdouble I ordered with Xtra onions and hardly got any.

There is no name in the book "on that date." Once argued with by the staff serving, even though she was replacing, she was "not okay with it," so rude. Order replacement was still wrong, but nothing was missing this time at least (5things missing the first time round).
