As a loyal customer, I expect a basic standard when it comes to something as essential as coffee—Cappuccino , that it’s brewed from real coffee beans. Unfortunately, what’s being served often tastes like it’s made from a generic instant mix or run through a machine using water and a concentrate, not freshly ground beans.
This isn’t just about taste (though it is noticeably lacking in flavor and depth); it’s also about value. If I’m paying for a coffee, I expect it to be made with actual coffee beans, not a watered-down substitute. Read moreI recently had the most disappointing experience at the McDonald's located at 54 Kenmount Road. The staff member I interacted with, Kai, provided the worst service I’ve ever received. From the moment I approached the counter, Kai was dismissive, rude, and acted as if helping customers was a huge inconvenience. Not only did he fail to greet me or show any professionalism, but he also gave me disrespectful responses when I asked simple questions.
The lack of courtesy and basic customer service skills was appalling. It is unacceptable for employees to treat customers in such a disrespectful manner, and this needs to be addressed immediately. I sincerely hope that McDonald's takes strict action against Kai for his unprofessional behavior and ensures that all staff uphold the company's standard of service.
