Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in St. John's

I had a really weird converstation with the staff working there tonight.

My wife ordered the pick up from Mucho Burrito, it only allowed her to choose 6:15 to 6:45. And she wants 6:45. So she put in the pick up order.

When I arrived at 6:45, instead of greeting me, the staff said

"why are you so late? It has been here for so long"

I said, "my wife ordered for 6:40 i think. "

He said, "No, 6:20(as shown on the receipt)" and gave me the attitude of I wastes their time.

I mean ... We paid it online already, and that was the time frame the platform gave us, and we picked it up, right?

Why almost yelling at me for picking up my own...

If I could rate lower I would. The staff here were so disrespectful to us tonight. Mucho is usually a place we can eat at due to celiac and the bowls can be made gluten free. After seeing that the staff were touching the spoons directly to the wheat filled tortillas, we asked them to get fresh things from the back and change gloves so there was no cross contamination. They refused to do that for us, meaning we could not eat there. The worst service I’ve ever experienced and will...

I’ve eaten at Mucho Burrito locations in Ontario and BC, this is by far one of the best ran locations in the country...Very clean and fresh, top quality ingredients used and pleasant staff. I’ve never had a bad experience eating here in the past 5 years. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick healthy meal that doesn’t make you feel like trash afterwards!
