A friend of ours told us that he would make the 6 hour drive to St. John’s just for Newfoundland Chocolate ice cream. He said it was one of the Best things he ever ate. We decided to try it for ourselves and we were not disappointed. It was Absolutely Amazing!! We already knew that they made the Best Chocolates, now we know that they make the Best ice cream! The staff don’t know how to make a steam milked beverage or a hot chocolate properly. You can hear the milk screaming as it’s being boiled while you wait. A cafe latte should be immediately drinkable but every time I order the milk is fully boiled and undrinkable. Any sweetness in the milk is lost to over heating and it’s tasteless. Truly awful coffee. Chocolates are good but the hot chocolate drinks suffer the same fate. Please train your staff on how to steam milk properly. You get a better drink in a...
