Old Town Pizza — Restaurant in St. John's

Few weeks ago my family had covid and didn't feel like cooking so we ordered pizza from here for delivery. The pizza arrived and when I grabbed a slice I was greeted with a nice and thick strand of hair from someone else's head. Needless to say we didn't eat the pizza and wasted money. I called the following day and spoke to a woman who said she's had this problem before and that she's told the other workers they need to keep their hair tied back but I guess they don't? The woman I spoke with was very kind and offered me a replacement pizza but I was pretty turned from pizza after the hair so I never did go back and get one. She also said she would have the manager call me about it..... still have yet to receive a call. I've lived around the corner from them for years, now I remember why I never get pizza...

Pizza is good, although crust is a little flavorless. Toppings only go out about 2/3 of the way... donair sauce is watered down too. Not worth the price you pay.

Revision: +1 star-- After my review, I was contacted by the manager and he said he had saw the issue with the toppings not going out far to the crust. He offered me a free pizza and told me he had spoken to his workers about the issue to be corrected. It was nice for them to reach out to change my mind about them. I ordered a jumbo pizza and was shocked when I got home to see how skimpy the store was with the toppings. I could barely see them. Some pieces had no toppings at all. The jumbo deal that I ordered came with 4 toppings for about $26. I ordered an extra topping, red onion, for $3.00. I could barely see it. For all-intents-and-purposes I got a jumbo cheese pizza for a total price (incl tax) of $33. That's a very high price for bread with mozzarella cheese. I won't buy...
