Pita Pit — Restaurant in St. John's

Second day in a row having pita pit, first time at this location! I had an amazing experience yesterday at the Hebron Way Location and today was no different! Everything was on point. The service, the food, and efficiency were top notch. I have no idea how I've waited this long to try pita pit. I've been missing out. I had the sweet heat rice bowl and my partner had the chicken bacon pita. Both were delicious! I am honestly obsessed and plan on coming back again soon. Worth every penny! This was cheaper than a Big Mac meal, I felt more full and the ingredients were so fresh and I didn't feel like a bag of poop after eating it....

Pita ingredients were good, but whoever made our pitas has either never wrapped a pita before or just didn't care what a mess they were making. Was really disappointed. Also impossible to communicate with staff because of improperly tarped up counters as a kind of gross way to deal with the pandemic flapping around loudly. The staff clearly have never been told how to pronounce literally any of the basic greek ingredients either, which is kinda shameful for pretty much a greek food joint. Overall a really difficult meal to order, and ultimately not worth the effort,...

Stood in line there for 20 minutes (during my lunch break from work!) while employee served others and fulfilled online orders. I know it isn’t her fault but having one employee during a weekend lunch rush is poor business on the owners behalf. Would have really liked to even been acknowledged by the employee, maybe even a heads up that it could be a long wait instead of leaving me at the cash like that. Left a bad impression for sure.
