Pizza Pros — Restaurant in St. John's

We called and ask how much delivery was and they said 7 dollars and we got the 2 large pizzas for 20.99 , when we got the pizzas it was the wrong order so my friend had to go out in the snow before the delivery driver left she grabbed the wrong boxes. The pizzas look pretty small to me not made very well all very hard and not enjoyable , also ordered another donair sauce and they forgot it. We called them back because it was very over priced it came 39.36 and we asked them why it was so expensive and they said that delivery was 10 dollars and we told them they said 7 and they denied that they said $7 to us , also said we didnt ask for another Donair sauce which we did. Even if the delivery charge was $10 it still wouldn't come to the price that it came to , I will not be coming back or ordering from this company ever again will not...

The worst service in the city! I ordered from them last night. When they delivered my food they forgot my 2lt of Pepsi but failed to mention this until he had my money with tip. He said he forgot my drink but someone was behind him in another call to give it to me. I waited a half-hour until I called for my Pepsi. The ignorant operator from Pizza Pro's told me that "The delivery driver has pizzas to deliver that are more important than my pop, buddy." And that it will get here when it gets here. It's the next day and I'm still waiting for my "pop". This has inspired me to never tip again and I have worked in the restaurant industry for 6 years. #pizzaprosisdaworstbuddy...

Came to town tonight to have a movie and hotel night with my wife and 2 boys. When we came back from the movie we decided to order the great tasting, not expensve pizza empire, unfortunally it wasn't open. Looked through the phone book and found pizza pros, pizza ripoff it should be. We ordered a jumbo pizza $17.99 and 10 wings 9.99. When we recieved our order at the fairfield it was $40.08. Didn't mind that, but we never recieved our jumbo pizza. It was a large. Phone them back, they said their large pizzas where only a 15" jumbo. Every other pizza joint is 17" - 18". Never again. Only 12 small slices. Terrible. Stay clear of this...
