Song Hee Take Out — Restaurant in St. John's

I had a very poor experience here. I had ice cream from another shop and walked into this restaurant to ask if I could drop my empty ice cream cup into his garbage can.

I was going to order food as well as I didn't want to be rude, but I decided not to after the owner pretended not to hear me and then acted flabbergasted that I asked to use his garbage can. He then proceeded to raise his voice at me and I decided to walk out and not make a fuss out of it.

I have been ordering from Song Hee since about 2009 when I moved to St. Johns for college, and I still love to order it today. Literally nothing has changed the food, the layout and the owners funny and friendly attitudes. When me and my friends call, the lady still know our orders when she hears our voices. The food comes out very fast, they always tell you to come by in 10 minutes. I am thankful to have found Song Hee, I hope they have many more years...

They don't take card, so we had to pay American in which they asked for 1:1 ratio. I said a 1 to 1.25 ratio, after we agreed, they suggested I pay $40 USD and get $10 CAD.
