Most of the people who work here are amazing. The manager on the other hand is just WOW. I went to pick up a mobile order for a coworker once and it wasn't showing in their system but I was on my break and in a rush so they made it for me anyways which is awesome! Thanked them and went on my way (not without the manager being rude first of course) went to pick up a mobile order today (months later) that my fiance placed for me to grab on my way to a Christmas party for my son and yet again it wasn't in their system so obviously it much have been something either wrong with their system OR my fiance could have very well made a mistake and placed it at another store WHICH I said could have happened to the manager who was taking the orders. She then proceeded to literally say to my face I'm living and that she's had this conversation with me before which was totally unwarranted because I told her it could have been our mistake and that I'll just come back with the order number or a screenshot because my fiance wasn't answering me at the time and I had to go. But she just simply had to continue saying "I'm not making it for you, this has happened before with you and our system is perfect it's your fault not ours" then also proceeded to say again I was the problem and she was handling this situation "perfectly" I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day or what was up her butt but it was completely unwarranted because I told her I wasn't asking her to make it just didn't appreciate her calling me a liar and I would return with the proof if my fiance hadn't made a mistake and placed the order at the wrong store. I could totally see from a customer service perspective her thinking maybe I was trying to lie and get free stuff EXCEPT for the fact I wasn't asking her yo even make it!!!! I was telling her it could have been out mistake and if it wasn't I would return with the proof to be able to receive my order. Again most of the employees here are absolute gems but the manager is just crazy rude I was actually speechless at one point. I very rarely write reviews on places and I work in customer service myself I have my entire life since I could start working and I'm now 30 so I know customer service can be brutal and there are some seriously crazy people out there but man this women blew my mind I can't even imagine what would have happened at my job if I had treated someone the way...

Today i ordered my usual a chocolate foam cold brew with non dairy milk and it was nasty no coffee taste only thick taste of oat milk. Had them remake it and the second time it was worst. They wanted to remake it again but then it gets to the point I feel really bad. This time I walked away when it happened before I took a picture and showed the manager. There is a thick lady was saying it in rude way and making fun of us giggling with other staffs, I don’t know what they talked within their staff.
