Starbucks — Restaurant in St. John's

When the Christmas drinks are out that is when I am a very frequent Starbucks customer and my most recent visit to this location really makes me not want to return. For context: sometime last year at the Stavanger location I arrived to pick up my mobile order through the drive thru and I was earlier than the estimated time in the app. The worker proceeded to passive aggressively tell me to not show up until that time.

Friday night I went to the Hebron location since Stavanger is closed right now, it was late at night and I was the only one in the drive thru and at the time I pulled up to the speaker it was the time that the app said I should be there. The worker hadn’t even seen that I had placed a mobile order yet. And after receiving my order the working passive aggressively told me to instead wait 10-15 minutes before coming to get my order. So what is it Starbucks workers? What is the absolutely most perfect time for me to come get my order so that it doesn’t interrupt your day? I’ve been to many different Starbucks location and the two on the east end are the only two I’ve ever had this problem with.

Also not to mention a previous trip to Hebron way the worker got snappy with me because I wasn’t standing in the absolutely perfect spot you had to stand in for a mobile order because I was just a couple steps to the right looking at the new...

Like the fact the drive through moves quickly, staff are not overly friendly but I think its mainly from being bored. Surprising they have two Starbucks within a KM of each other but yet no others in the east end?

I find the service to be spotty at this location, sometimes good, something indifferent.

Management should remind them people are paying good money for good services and products. Part of the reason people go to SB is for the good service/proper drink making, customer...

Brown sugar OAT MILK shake espresso....they never have oat milk, but they will have it tomorrow!!! Should I sit in the drive through and wait???? C'mon seriously if you sell it at least have the ingredients or a lane people can actually drive away rather then sitting there for 10-15 minutes waiting to go somewhere else to order a drink as good and cheaper than the over priced drinks you're selling. Weak moment not...
