Subway — Restaurant in St. John's

What happen to this place! Last time EVER entering this location. My daughter and I had the worst experience today. Two six inch subs so badly made we couldn’t eat them. I brought mine back it wasn’t edible. I asked him kindly to fix it and he laughed at me. Ripped it out of my hand then laughed at me again, I’ve never seen a subway worker so livid to the point I was embarrassed he made me look like a fool then started speaking to each other in their own language. . He remade it for me but he was so mad he threw it at me hard. I feel if he had the opportunity he would have punched me. The second sandwich was just as bad but I wouldn’t dear say another word to these men. My daughter’s sub was so bad the lettuce fell out with the sauce but she was too scared to ask them for more sauce. These three men working here today were rude, mean and made nothing but sloppy sandwiches. This subway was always known as the best in the city. That name is out the door along with a longtime customer. All I can say is speak to your staff...

Terrible service. If you value your self-respect, do not go there. You’ll regret it if you encounter those two Indian boys—they were completely useless. The service was rude, the conditions were dirty, and there was no soap in the bathroom. With so many other wonderful places to visit in the area, this location is not recommended. Unfortunately, my experience was horrible. The bread was very dry, and they were extremely stingy with the meat and vegetables. When I politely asked for a reasonable amount of each item on the sandwiches, I was met with a disgusted look. The service was terrible, and the seating area was very small. This location needs better management, and the employees should be trained in ethical conduct, as they are working in the public sector. I would give no stars for such...

I hate this location! I never ever ever have a good experience here. It is either always cold or soggy or the vegetables are always either creepy or wet. Last time I went the toaster was broken??? And they didn't tell me until I already ordered??????? They told me just to microwave it??? At night I often lay awake in my bed for hours performing meditative rituals in order to plunge myself into a state of lucid dreaming.
