Dear Customer Service,
I am writing to raise a very serious concern regarding my visit this location on around 10:30–10:45 p.m.
I had placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. There were two employees working—a male and a female. The male was polite, but the female staff member’s behavior was extremely rude, unwelcoming, and discriminatory.
From the moment I entered, her body language and tone were very different toward me compared to other customers. She smiled and spoke politely to white customers but was dismissive and cold toward me. When my order was ready, she called me loudly and aggressively, and while packing my subs, she threw them into the bag carelessly and then pushed the bag toward me in a very disrespectful way.
I request the manager or appropriate authority to review the CCTV footage from around 10:00- 11:00 p.m. You will clearly see how she mishandled the food and treated me with complete disregard. Please check the footage closely.
In addition, she was not wearing a proper hairnet while preparing food. Her hair was open in a ponytail with loose strands in the front, which is extremely unhygienic and unacceptable in a food establishment.
This is not just poor customer service—it felt like outright racism. The difference in how she treated me compared to other customers was very clear and deeply hurtful. As a paying customer, I deserve to be treated with the same respect as anyone else.
I strongly urge you to investigate this matter and take strict action to ensure such behavior does not continue.

I never went here before, I have not been to a Subway in years, AND I had some unused gift cards to try.
I saw new menu items, I saw old classics and the assembly station was clean. It was being restocked as the items emptied. NO one served before me or after me were told their item wasn't available. That was nice to hear.
I got everything made up and all the front end service ladies were SUPER nice and polite. Sometimes I can have hard time hearing depending on the environmental noise. If I ask to repeat what was said, some people get impatient or rude. These ladies were super cool with helping me by saying it again. The hustle and bustle of noise and people dining: it made a perfect atmosphere for me to not hear everything as I struggle to read lips. I appreciate any staff worker anywhere who is kind when I encounter a time that is challenging for my hearing.
After my experience today at this location, I feel comfortable and confident to return. The ordering, paying and customization processes were great and food looked fresh.
My cookies were fresh and stacked abundantly. The front end pop and chips were topped up and there looked to be a busy worker tidying tables and other duties.
There were more staff in the back for the drive through and that place was busy!
I was amazed at how well the team(s) were doing.

Read more05/12/2023 Near About 8:50PM this location Manager Have to look out this incident and Hoping this will never happen with any customers again. So We order 3 footlong subs from this location and once we got food we asked for cup of wate, So he gave cups for water and after we ating our subs he came to us and said can i have look into cups whats in it and we like why not. So 2 cups has sparkling water and 1 has Water and we told twice had water in it but he said its not look like water so he took cups from us and throw it back he didn't give back cups of water. So whole staff was there and we went back and told them. he not allowed to do this with us. We are customers should respect us. But he keep trying to over smart and showing us attitude. Nobody gonna like this behaviour please manager look into this matter and hoping not gonna happen again with anyone. We already decided not gonna come back to that location. Its so embarrassing...
